Diego Figueroa’s journey in the automotive industry began right out of high school in 2014. His first job was as a parts driver at Mike Shaw Subaru, and from there, he worked his way through the industry, eventually joining Mercedes-Benz of Denver in 2017. In 2019, he took the next step by attending Lincoln Tech to become a technician, which is when he truly discovered his passion—not just for cars, but for helping people by fixing the issues others couldn’t.

In 2020, Diego gained hands-on experience at an independent Mercedes-Benz shop, earning his Mercedes Star Certification. By 2022, he had joined Rickenbaugh Volvo, where he became G1 certified and further refined his skills. This is where he truly excelled, mastering dealership-level diagnostics and repair work.

Diego founded Doctor Duck Mobile Mechanic after witnessing too many people—especially the women in his family—being taken advantage of in the auto industry. Too often, good people overpay for subpar service. He set out to change that by bringing dealership-quality expertise directly to customers, with honesty, fairness, and convenience.
